ROLE OVERVIEW The Replenishment Buyer will be at the forefront of innovation and style, ensuring our customers have access to the most current trends. You will be responsible for driving the Test and Reorder model for assigned categories to ensure that the best‑selling products are reordered in a timely manner at the best possible cost and quality. The Replenishment Buyer will need to react fast to bring back the merchandise to the customers. RESPONSIBILITIES Establish solid vendor relations to get the best possible deliveries at optimum cost and best quality Communicate with vendors on item availability: in‑stock units by size and other color offerings, incoming stock/pre‑orders by size and delivery dates, and custom cut dates and minimum order quantities (MOQs) Negotiate discounts and best possible costs, including air costs if needed at an earlier date Present recommendations to Planning and Buying Enter purchase orders into the system and/or upload orders Recommend color/print expansion of core items/key buys to Vice President, Buying Recommend counter‑sourcing with other vendors if facing problem deliveries Coordinate with Product Development if needed on core programs/key items Review selling reports to keep track of how reorders are selling Monitor program buys and core items to help manage the flow; i.e. move up or move back Recommend promotional activity if needed to drive additional sales volume Aware of fashion market trends and new, current and emerging best practice within Merchandising/Buying ROLE REQUIREMENTS Six plus years of experience in Replenishment, Data Analysis or a related field Experience working with vendors and negotiating Experience with product development preferred Passionate about fashion and trend analysis Demonstrated ability in financial analysis Experience analyzing data and providing actionable insights Experienced in Excel – can perform complex functions, such as SUMIFS, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables Experience in digital and/or multi‑brand setting preferred Strong knowledge of and the ability to apply retail math concepts, including markup, margin planning, open‑to‑buy, and inventory productivity measures Must be able to adapt to constant change and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment Must be results oriented and have excellent organizational skills Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must possess a keen eye for design, trends, and color BFA or BA in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field English, additional language(s) an advantage Schedule of this position: Monday – Friday | Core business hours | Onsite BENEFITS Formalized career paths Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage 401(k) match, with immediate vesting upon eligibility Stocked kitchens with gratis snacks and drinks Weekly catered lunches Summer Fridays at Headquarters Team bonding events and programs Fashion Nova, LLC, and subsidiaries thereof, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
