Position: Substance Use Disorder Specialist Location: Bedford, MA (mobile position in surrounding communities) Job Id: 1980 # of Openings: 1 Program: Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) Salary: $63,648 annually for license‑eligible clinicians; higher rates for licensed clinicians. Who You Are: • MA/MSW with at least one year of experience in the field (two years preferred). Experience with individuals who have severe and persistent mental illness and co‑existing substance use disorders is required. LADOC experience is preferred. Valid driver’s license required. Proficient in Microsoft Word. What You Will Do: Provide recovery‑oriented treatment services to team consumers and perform indirect services. Attend additional training on evidence‑based practices, recovery‑oriented treatment, trauma‑informed care, illness‑management recovery, and forensic specialties as needed. Maintain a caseload of consumers receiving outreach services.
