A growing and highly regarded real estate law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Assessment Recovery practice group. Responsibilities Represent community associations and related entities in matters involving assessment recovery, money judgments, bankruptcy proceedings, judgment execution, foreclosure actions, and other real property‑related issues. The ideal candidate enjoys client contact, public speaking, and managing a diverse caseload. Qualifications Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Admission to practice law in Tennessee. 2–5 years of litigation experience in HOA Collections and Recovery. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage a substantial caseload. Demonstrated dedication, professionalism, and strong work ethic. Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and legal case management software. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
