We are currently seeking a Senior Call Centre Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality patient care.

As a Senior Call Centre Representative, you will be responsible for managing and responding to incoming calls from patients, referring offices, and other stakeholders. You will play a key role in providing a positive and professional experience for all callers and ensuring that their needs are addressed promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from patients, referring offices, and other stakeholders in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and collect necessary information from patients
• Provide accurate information and instructions to callers regarding appointments, procedures, and follow-up care
• Assist with managing and updating patient records and files
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and satisfaction
• Escalate any urgent or complex issues to the appropriate team member or supervisor
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations, at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and maintain a professional demeanor
• Proficient in using computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and electronic medical records
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others effectively
