Position Overview

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and design tailor-made therapy strategies that drive them towards achieving their functional milestones
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-informed methodologies to boost patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and daily living tasks
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure well-rounded, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families through therapy techniques to support continual improvement outside of sessions
• Evaluate and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment protocols as necessary, ensuring patients remain on track

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications are welcomed and fostered

Licenses/Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
