ANOD Care Services is expanding our therapy services and seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to provide in-home therapy to individuals served through the Arizona Department of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) .

Whether you're a new graduate beginning your career or an experienced clinician looking for a meaningful opportunity, ANOD offers a supportive environment where you can develop professionally while helping individuals with developmental disabilities achieve greater independence.

About the Role

You will provide evidence-based occupational therapy in home and community settings. You'll work collaboratively with individuals, families, caregivers, and other professionals to address functional needs and help each person achieve meaningful goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations

• Develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy

• Address activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, adaptive equipment, functional mobility, and community participation

• Educate individuals, families, caregivers, and support staff

• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Maintain compliance with AHCCCS, DDD, Medicaid, and organizational requirements

• Collaborate with physicians, support coordinators, schools, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy

• Arizona Occupational Therapy License or license eligible

• NBCOT certified or eligible

• CPR Certification or ability to obtain

• Valid Arizona Driver License

• Reliable transportation and automobile insurance

• Ability to pass required background checks

• $75,000–$85,000 annual salary , based on experience

Service Area

In-home services are provided throughout the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area , including Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Glendale, Peoria, Goodyear, Avondale, and surrounding communities.

Clinic-based therapy opportunities are also coming soon as ANOD continues expanding our therapy program.
