Description of Work We are seeking a senior-level Bilingual Cultural Clinical Supervising Psychotherapist to join our clinical leadership team. In this role, you'll provide weekly 1:1 clinical supervision to approximately 7 interns and fellows, carry an active caseload of about 15 clients per week, and help grow Mayamotion Healing's programs and cultural integrity. The ideal candidate has strong clinical intuition, a decolonial and culturally responsive lens, and a genuine passion for mentoring the next generation of BIPOC and bilingual clinicians. Duties and Responsibilities Team Engagement & Meetings Attend Monday All-Staff Team Meeting (1:30-3:00pm MT) Participate in weekly clinical supervision meeting Join other relevant clinical or agency meetings as needed Adhere and abide by MMH Clinical Manual & Employment Handbook Direct Service Maintain a caseload averaging 15 clients weekly, providing ongoing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Conduct timely client outreach, intakes, and assessments Develop and update Individual Diagnosis & Treatment Plans Write progress notes, evaluations, and maintain confidential client records in Simple Practice Collaborate directly with AMISTAD programming and community partners Assist with billing processes for your caseload, verifying benefits or self pay Collect payments on time from clients Set up client billing plans, sliding scales, or payment schedules Coordinate with admin to ensure accurate documentation and communication around financial policies Cultural-Clinical Practice Prepare for client sessions by reviewing case notes, assessing racial and cultural dynamics, and conducting any necessary research Apply MMH practices and culturally responsive care for assigned clients or projects Stay up-to-date with Ethical Mandated Reporting and MMH’s confidentiality protocols Data, Evaluation & Impact Facilitate staff quarterly evaluations and contribute reflections or insights to the Annual Impact Report. Supervision Provide direct clinical supervision to interns and fellows, including co-signing clinical notes, overseeing SimplePractice documentation and billing, and guiding clinical writing, case management, and ethical practice standards. Oversee and support the development of Mayamotion Healing's internship program Model reflective, healing-centered, and culturally grounded clinical practice Attend all school and college-required site visits, evaluations, and assessment processes for interns and fellows, ensuring compliance with academic program requirements Professional Development Receive weekly supervision from Maya Sol, LCSW, founder of Mayamotion Healing Engage in training for one new specialty area (e.g., Play Therapy, EMDR, DBT, Couples Therapy) Attend and contribute to relevant workshops and learning opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

Professional Requirements Full clinical licensure in the state of Colorado (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) with 3,000+ post-degree clinical hours Minimum of five years of progressively responsible clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required Training or experience in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and or decolonial therapeutic approaches Experience or interest in couples, family systems, intergenerational, or community-based care a plus The Ideal Candidate Is deeply committed to decolonial, culturally responsive, and healing-centered mental health care, consistently integrating Mayamotion Healing's 9 core competencies into clinical, community, and organizational work with integrity and cultural humility Brings experience working across the intergenerational spectrum - with children, adolescents, adults, caregivers, and families - from diverse racial, gender, and socioeconomic backgrounds Has specialization or strong interest in social and racial justice, cultural identity, trauma, and or community mental health Demonstrates strong self-reflective capacity and eagerness to both receive and offer reflective supervision, with a passion for supporting clinicians in developing their own unique cultural and professional identities Forms trusting relationships across ages and generations with high integrity, sound clinical judgment, and a collaborative spirit Navigates confidentiality, safety concerns, and mandated reporting with care and sound judgment Communicates effectively in both written and verbal forms, including for social media outreach and community engagement Collaborates fluidly with providers, community agencies, and the public, with enthusiasm for interdisciplinary connection and innovative approaches to wellness Is proficient with digital tools including electronic health records, word processing, and social media platforms Maintains strong organizational and multitasking abilities with flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends as needed Is bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Priority will be given to BIPOC applicants Bilingual (English/Spanish - reading/writing & spoken proficiency will be screened) Priority will be given to BIPOC applicants Bilingual (English/Spanish - reading/writing & spoken proficiency will be screened) #J-18808-Ljbffr Mayamotion Healing
