Looking for a meaningful summer job that’s active, joyful, and flexible? River Branch Community School is hiring Summer Assistants to support our nature-based early childhood program this summer!
This is a great opportunity for college students, aspiring educators, camp counselors, or anyone who enjoys spending time with young children in a collaborative and playful environment.

Schedule & Timing
Summer positions are available June–August with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. We’re happy to work with summer schedules, vacations, and college breaks whenever possible.
Come spend your summer building forts, making art, splashing in puddles, reading stories, and being part of a caring school community.

DutiesWhat You’ll Do
- Support teachers in classrooms and outdoor programs
- Play games, create art, read stories, and explore outdoors with children
- Help prepare snacks, activities, and classroom materials
- Assist with daily routines and transitions
- Be part of a warm, supportive team
We’re Looking For People Who:
- Enjoy working with children
- Are dependable, positive, and team-oriented
- Bring energy, patience, and a sense of humor
- Are at least 18 years old
Experience working with children is helpful but not required.
