Senior Brand Manager, Government Marketing

Senior Brand Manager, Government Marketing U.S. Location: Alameda, CA. Salary: $130,700.00 – $261,300.00. Responsibilities Assist in achieving U.S. sales and margin by developing marketing strategies and tactics in government channels. Monitor U.S. market trends, customer behavior/feedback, and competitive activities to identify market opportunities in government channels. Translate product, clinical, and scientific information into meaningful Healthcare Professional messaging. Lead and manage creative agencies to deliver effective marketing materials to support field sales. Collaborate with field sales leadership to drive execution excellence. Develop KPIs and analysis to monitor performance of marketing programs and adjust tactics as needed. Partner with Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Legal, and OEC colleagues to ensure compliance and effectiveness of promotional tactics. Prepare demo kit forecasts, PIFs, and other business cases for new initiatives. Demonstrate independence by prioritizing and completing assignments. Own and manage project budgets, maintain tracking, and communicate updates to the budget owner. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. 4–6 years of product marketing experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or a regulated industry. Preferred Qualifications MBA. Strong ability to synthesize, prioritize, and drive results with a high sense of urgency and strategic thinking. Self‑motivated, proactive, and proven track record of executing with excellence in a fast‑paced environment. In‑depth knowledge of brand marketing—including positioning, branding, campaign development, and channel mix. Familiarity with regulatory standards and requirements for medical devices or prescription products. Ability to navigate regulatory constraints and work through barriers. Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills with experience developing strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks. Strong project management and conflict resolution skills, with ability to manage complex projects and programs. Capability to assemble and lead functional and cross‑functional teams for initiatives.
