Hourly East Caribbean Dollar (XCD) pay basis Summary The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet established cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation standards. This role supervises and supports housekeeping staff, conducts quality inspections, addresses guest concerns, coordinates maintenance requests, and promotes a safe and efficient work environment. The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience through effective leadership, attention to detail, and operational excellence. Previous housekeeping supervisory experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment preferred. Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and safety regulations. Ability to inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with quality, cleanliness, and brand standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, train, and delegate tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address guest concerns professionally and promptly. Ability to coordinate with other departments regarding maintenance, repairs, and operational needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prepare reports, maintain records, and monitor housekeeping productivity and quality standards. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical duties as required. Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts. Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high operational standards.
