Were looking for a Service Coordinator for our Wisconsin team who thrives on multitasking, problem-solving, and supporting a fast-paced field team. If you love organization, enjoy talking with customers, and take pride in helping things run like clockwork, this could be the perfect fit.
What Youll Do
- Coordinate daily schedules for our service technicians and communicate updates to customers.
- Input and organize service tickets making sure every detail is accurate.
- Be the friendly voice customers call for scheduling and billing questions.
- Order parts, PVC, and hardware needed for service jobs.
- Support warehouse organization and keep tools and equipment in order.
- Help manage winter cover logistics and repairs.
- Work closely with our service and renovation teams to keep projects on track.
- Jump in where needed no two days are exactly the same!

What You Bring
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a hands-on industry like plumbing, HVAC, repair, or pools/spas.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills you love checking things off your list.
- Solid computer skills (especially Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift and move up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Comfortable with bending, reaching, and organizing materials in the warehouse.
