What You'll Do
- Assemble cooler and freezer panels in a fast-paced production environment
- Perform foaming, sealing, and insulation processes
- Operate basic sheet metal and manufacturing equipment
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Package completed materials for shipping
- Follow safety standards and production guidelines
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Ability to read a tape measure (fractions & measurements required)
- Basic math skills
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
- Blueprint reading is a plus (not required)
- Competitive pay: $18.57-$19.50/hour
- 1st shift hours - no nights!
