Endoscopy Technician ISchedule: Days, 8 hours, 40 hours per weekAssignment Details:Contract Length: 13 weeksGuaranteed Hours: 40 per weekRequirements:No prior experience in endoscopy or novice in the endoscopy settingRoles & Responsibilities:Assist nurses and physicians in providing care for endoscopy patients.Complete competencies for basic GI procedures and scope reprocessing.Prepare the procedure room and sterile field to ensure a safe patient care environment.Gather all required instruments and supplies, serving as an endoscopy procedure assistant.Transport patients and equipment as needed.Stock and maintain supplies.Care for and maintain endoscopes and their accessories.Uphold a strong sense of infection control in the GI setting.Client Details:City: AugustaState: GATLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer and fully complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
