Avanta Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with proven wound care experience to join our compassionate and dedicated care team.

Position Details:

• Location: Jonesboro, GA 30236
• Schedule: Flexible (to be determined)

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification in the state of Georgia
• Must have wound care experience (required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care plans accurately
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of a nurse or clinician
• Assist with wound care management and dressing changes
• Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients
