Assistant Nurse Manager - Pre/Post- Neuro Expansion

The Assistant Nurse Manager provides clinical supervision and coordinates unit clinical operations within the Cleveland Clinic Neurological Institute. This role is ideal for experienced nurses looking to lead and enhance patient care in a state-of-the-art facility. Highlights Pay: $37.50 - $57.60/hour Location: Cleveland, OH Facility: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Department/Unit: Perioperative Schedule: Full-time, Night shift What You'll Do Facilitate communication and collaboration among unit staff and other departments regarding patient care. Ensure continuity of patient care information between shifts. Coordinate patient admitting, discharges, transfers, and other operational issues. Review major operational patient care issues with Nurse Managers. Provide ongoing clinical evaluations of nurses and other patient care providers. Counsel employees on performance issues and administer initial corrective actions. Alert Nurse Manager of significant clinical or performance issues. Participate in interviewing, selecting, and appraising employee performance. Monitor adherence to EEO/AAP goals and guidelines. Supervise and participate in the daily delivery of patient care on assigned unit. Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required Experience: 2+ years of recent clinical nurse experience required Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN); BLS certification required #J-18808-Ljbffr
