Gazer Call Center Specialist
Gazer an international technology company in the field of automotive safety and anti-theft systems. We are looking for a call center specialist to support market development in Ukraine through communication with automotive business representatives.
The role involves outbound communication with car dealerships, distributors, and other representatives of the automotive sector following a prepared script, recording results, and reporting.
Main Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to automotive business representatives in Ukraine
- Communicating according to a prepared script
- Determining and recording feedback about Gazer S5 from partners
- Recording the results of calls and statuses in Google Sheets / CRM
- Maintaining and updating the contact database
- Working through the company's corporate telephony
- Providing feedback on scripts and feedback from interlocutors
- Preparing regular reports on work results
Requirements
- Experience in a call center, sales, or cold calling for at least 1 year is an advantage
- Fluency in Ukrainian
- English is a plus
- Good oral communication and confident telephone communication
- Ability to work following a structured process
- Attention to detail and discipline in reporting
- Stable internet and computer for remote work
Conditions
- Part-time format of cooperation, hourly pay
- From 5 working hours per day
- Fully remote work
- Work during standard working hours (9:0018:00)
- Paid only for time spent on calls through corporate telephony
- Monthly payment according to agreed schedule
