Description - Your Responsibilities

• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document all processes, assist in training new team members, and uphold the highest lab quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, ensuring compliance with regulations and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be achieved within one year of hire.
• Ensure certification remains current throughout employment.
