Weekend Home Health RN: Wound Care & IV Therapy

AccentCare seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide weekend home health visits to adult and geriatric patients. In this role, you will complete in‑home assessments, develop and update care plans, administer medications and treatments, and provide wound care and IV therapy as needed. You will coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, high‑quality care, educate patients and families, and document in an EHR while adhering to #J-18808-Ljbffr AccentCare
