Atlanta Territory Sales Role - PE-Backed Growth Platform

We’re partnering with a private-equity-backed essential services platform in aggressive national expansion mode — scaling through both acquisition and organic growth. With $300M+ in revenue and continued M&A planned, this is a rare opportunity to step into a proven territory with existing revenue and real upside. This isn’t a maintenance role. It’s a build-and-expand opportunity inside a legacy, mission-critical industry that’s actively modernizing its commercial engine. In this role, you will own a defined territory and drive a predominantly net-new, hunter-led sales motion while expanding relationships with existing commercial and municipal accounts. You’ll sell high-urgency, operationally critical services to maintenance, facilities, operations, and safety leaders — where uptime, reliability, and responsiveness directly impact business continuity. You’ll work closely with regional leadership and play a visible role in shaping how sales is executed as the platform continues to scale nationally. Success requires overcoming initial objections, navigating gatekeepers, and earning credibility with operations-focused decision-makers. Reps who do well are comfortable having direct conversations, adapting their messaging, and staying persistent through pushback.
