Outpatient Physical Therapist | Hospital-Based | Peds & Adults | Myrtle Beach SC | No Weekends

Position Highlights

• Hospital-based outpatient clinic, non-profit system (Myrtle Beach SC)
• Split caseload: ~40% pediatrics, ~60% adults
• $5,000 sign-on bonus, PSLF eligible
• 1:1 care, 60-min evals and 45-min treatments, ~8 patients/day
• 90-day formal onboarding, collaborative team with very low turnover
• M-F, zero weekend requirements
• 24 days PTO, 5% retirement match starting day one

About the Role
Our ideal candidate has the heart of a servant leader and a passion for patient-centered care. We're not looking for someone after their next "job," but someone who wants to invest in their career and help patients understand what's happened to their bodies through their injury or condition. Patient education is the number one priority. You'll treat a blended caseload of roughly 40% pediatric and 60% adult patients in a 1:1 model, supported by a 90-day onboarding program and a collaborative team of experienced clinicians.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Comfort with or interest in treating both pediatric and adult populations
• Team player with a passion for patient-centered care
• Servant-leader mindset
