Payroll & HR Generalist (Bilingual Spanish)

CG Landscape is seeking a Payroll & Culture Generalist to join our People & Culture team in California. You will oversee payroll processing via Inova Payroll System (UKG) and support onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance across local, state, and federal regulations. This role requires strong financial literacy, HRIS proficiency, and bilingual Spanish communication.
