Workday Integration Lead - AMS

Salary: $135,000 - 165,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 3-5+ years of proven experience in Workday technical roles, with direct ownership of integrations and technical design across Workday modules.
• We need deep hands-on expertise in Workday Studio and integration development, including EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs, with the ability to design, build, and support scalable solutions.
• We need 3-5+ years of experience gathering requirements, writing technical specifications, performing unit and system testing, resolving complex issues, and working closely with functional teams and business stakeholders.
• We need the ability to convert functional needs into scalable technical solutions using delivered and custom Workday tools.
• We need experience supporting integrations and data flows across core Workday modules such as HCM and Financials; exposure to Student is preferred.
• We need a bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• Workday certification is strongly preferred, especially in Integrations; HCM, Financials, or Student certifications are a plus.
• We need experience in AMS or Managed Services environments, including Tier 3 incident handling and ongoing client support.
• We need strong practical experience with Workday Studio, and familiarity with BIRT or reporting tools is an advantage.
• We need experience supporting medium- to large-scale Workday implementations or post-production environments across multiple functional areas.
• We need experience with automation, inbound and outbound integrations, and end-to-end data flows within Workday.
• We need strong Excel skills, including data analysis, reconciliation, testing, and validation support.
• We need demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring junior consultants, reviewing deliverables, delegating work, and helping develop the team.
• No travel is required unless requested by the client.

• We contribute to the delivery and ongoing support of Workday solutions for our clients, with a strong focus on integrations.
• We serve as a technical subject matter expert and provide hands-on leadership in designing, building, and optimizing complex Workday integrations.
• We partner with functional and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• We troubleshoot complex technical issues and help ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• We apply best practices across the Workday ecosystem.
• We support integrations and data flows across core Workday modules, including HCM and Financials, and potentially Student.
• We may support Workday in AMS / Managed Services environments, including Tier 3 incident management and ongoing client support.
• We may mentor junior consultants, review deliverables, delegate work, and contribute to team development.
