Job Title
Job Summary: Provides comprehensive care for patients with hematologic disorders and cancer, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management in outpatient and/or inpatient settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat hematologic and oncologic conditions
- Develop and manage treatment plans and therapies
- Monitor patient progress and manage side effects
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate medical documentation
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board certified or board eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Active or eligible state medical license and DEA
Work Environment: Clinic and/or hospital setting
