• 8 am - 5 pm Mon - Thurs; 8 am - 12 pm Fri (half day admin)
• 14 - 16 patients in clinic; inpatient consults anticipated
• Mostly outpatient with some inpatient coverage
• 30 - 40% solid tumors and malignant hematology; 60% benign hematology
• Complex and acute leukemia cases referred out as appropriate
• Leave coverage -- relief for current staff
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
