Hotel Banquet ServerThe Marriott Myrtle Beach Resort and Spa at Grande Dunes is looking for responsible and motivated service professionals to join its banquet team. This is a PART TIME position. Hours vary based of events. Weekends are a must. As a Banquet Server, you would be responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.Responsibilities Include but not limited to:Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area.Relay banquet requests to the appropriate person.Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.Anticipate guests' needs and exceed customer service expectations.Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the appropriate person.Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns.Present in professional appearance and mannerisms.Requirements:Must be 18 years old.
