Eurofins Job Description This role supports the synthesis, purification, and analysis of oligonucleotides using established laboratory methods and instrumentation. The individual will work collaboratively within a chemistry team to ensure high‑quality experimental output while maintaining accurate documentation and laboratory standards. Synthesis: Assist in the synthesis of oligonucleotides using automated synthesizers. Prepare reagents accurately, follow established protocols, and ensure proper reaction conditions are maintained throughout synthesis runs. Purification: Perform oligonucleotide purification using techniques such as Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography (FPLC) and High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). Monitor purification processes and assess results to ensure product quality and yield. Analysis: Conduct analytical testing to confirm the quality and identity of synthesized oligonucleotides using LC‑MS and other applicable methods. Documentation: Maintain accurate, complete, and timely records of experiments, procedures, and results in accordance with company policies and applicable regulatory or quality standards. Laboratory Maintenance: Support routine laboratory maintenance, including proper handling and upkeep of equipment, organization of workspaces, and adherence to safety and cleanliness requirements.
