Job Description Technical Development is looking for a highly motivated associate scientist with a purification background to assist our develop team in developing processes for clinical manufacture of oligonucleotide. Performs the following: The successful candidate will interact with both purification and analytical development departments to evaluate novel purification options including column chromatography, membrane filtration and precipitation. The candidate will perform and document their laboratory studies. Qualifications Skills and experience Preference will be given to candidates with hands on experience in chromatographic purification development of oligonucleotides. Candidates should have proficiency with chromatography systems, including AKTA and HPLC systems. This position requires good communication skills, a willingness to work effectively in a highly collaborative environment and have good problem solving skills. Education: B.S. or M.S. in biochemistry, chemistry, biochemical engineering or related field with 2-6 years of lab experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
