Community Liaison Healthcare Marketer

Community Liaison / Healthcare Marketer Abic Healthcare Services is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and relationship-driven Community Liaison / Healthcare Marketer to join our growing nurse‑owned homecare agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building professional relationships, and helping families connect with quality in‑home care services. The Community Liaison / Healthcare Marketer will serve as the “face” of Abic Healthcare Services within the community by developing referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, physicians’ offices, case managers, social workers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals. Similar healthcare liaison roles focus on referral development, community outreach, relationship‑building, and generating new client referrals. Responsibilities Develop and maintain professional relationships with: Hospitals Physicians’ offices Skilled nursing facilities Assisted living facilities Rehabilitation centers Case managers Social workers Discharge planners Community organizations Senior living communities Conduct in‑person marketing visits and presentations Promote Abic Healthcare Services homecare programs and services Generate new client referrals and community partnerships Attend networking events, health fairs, and community outreach activities Educate referral sources about available homecare services Distribute brochures, flyers, and marketing materials Maintain communication with referral partners and prospective clients Track outreach efforts, referrals, and marketing activities Collaborate with leadership to support agency growth goals Help increase brand visibility throughout Maryland communities Qualifications Previous experience in healthcare marketing, sales, admissions, community outreach, or business development preferred Experience in homecare, home health, hospice, assisted living, nursing home, or healthcare staffing is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong networking and relationship‑building abilities Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented Professional appearance and attitude Reliable transportation required Comfortable working independently in the community Knowledge of the Maryland healthcare community is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay Commission opportunities Referral bonuses and incentives Flexible schedule Mileage reimbursement Opportunity for career growth Bonus based on performance Flexible work from home options available. #J-18808-Ljbffr ABIC HEALTHCARE SERVICES INC
