ICU Clinical Nurse Nights

Role Overview This is a full-time night shift nursing position focused on providing direct patient care in a medical/surgical unit. Responsibilities Include Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care according to nursing standards. Promoting patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and discharge planning. Participating in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Developing and documenting individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Using critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural factors. Maintaining safety and alertness as this is a safety-sensitive role. Qualifications And Skills Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing. Licensure: RN license required. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and less than 2 years of experience. Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills essential.
