ICU Clinical Nurse - Night Shift

Overview Join a full-time night shift role in a 6-bed Medical ICU, focused on providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, adhering to nursing standards. Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while supporting professional development. Develop and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, ensuring clear communication across the continuum of care. Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs, respecting their values and barriers to involvement. Maintain alertness and safety in a safety-sensitive position.
