About the Role We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead manufacturing and product engineering initiatives while driving process optimization, new product introduction, and continuous improvement efforts across the facility. Opportunity to lead and influence engineering operations within a growing manufacturing environment High‑impact role with visibility across operations, quality, and production leadership Collaborative and technically driven culture focused on innovation and process improvement Ability to drive automation, manufacturing optimization, and operational excellence initiatives Opportunity to mentor engineering talent and help shape future engineering strategy Stable organization with strong long‑term growth potential Responsibilities Lead and develop engineering teams supporting manufacturing operations and process improvement initiatives Drive manufacturing process optimization focused on efficiency, quality, throughput, and waste reduction Support automation and controls initiatives across manufacturing equipment and production systems Oversee new product implementation and support successful transition into production Prioritize and manage engineering changes from internal and external stakeholders Assess manufacturing and process risk related to new products, equipment, and production changes Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing and process optimization methodologies Support troubleshooting and technical problem‑solving related to manufacturing equipment and production processes Oversee equipment installation, commissioning, validation, and process implementation projects Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and manufacturing procedures Lead change management and engineering process improvement initiatives Analyze production and process data to improve cycle time, uptime, quality, and overall operational performance Develop and maintain engineering documentation, technical standards, and manufacturing procedures Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience within a complex manufacturing environment Prior leadership or management experience overseeing engineering teams preferred Strong background in manufacturing processes, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives Experience supporting PLCs, HMIs, industrial automation systems, and manufacturing equipment troubleshooting Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and process optimization methodologies Experience supporting new product introduction and production implementation activities Strong understanding of engineering change management and quality systems Experience within automotive, aerospace, medical device, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments preferred Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and manufacturing documentation Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment Equal Opportunity Statement Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
