Job Title: RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Rapid Response Duration: 6 weeks Shift: 5-7 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Required nursing license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC Must-Have: Compassion Empathy Description: Rapid response unit requires skilled Registered Nurses. Position offers a role in an emergency department setting. Staffing requirements include various roles for both day and night shifts. Patient ratios are approximately 1:4. Unit contains 30 physical beds and additional hall beds available. Typical equipment includes IV pumps, monitors, ventilators, and electronic medical records systems. Typical procedures performed include NIH, IV and blood draws, moderate sedation, and cardiac monitoring. Candidates must be team players. Availability for every other weekend is required. No special scheduling or time-off requests will be accepted.
