As an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Tue: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Wed: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Thur: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Fri: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter. Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry, and report unusual activity, hazards, or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel. Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
