Maintenance Parts Coordinator

Maintenance Spare Parts Manager

Works with maintenance manager, supervisors, and technicians to stock and maintain a spare parts warehouse. Manages preventative maintenance plans for equipment involving schedules and parts required. Works closely with maintenance supervisors to ensure that all preventative maintenance is completed on time. Reviews equipment usage data and failure trends to determine spare parts stock with their relevant stock quantities. Record and maintain list of open issues by machine and department.

Essential Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PM schedules
• Maintain accurate records of critical component rebuilds to help predict future rebuild requirements
• Develop and maintain spare parts inventory with relevant stock levels
• Research alternatives for replacement components

Essential Physical Functions

Lift up to 50lbs.

Sit or stand for up to 95 percent of work hours.

Periodic visits to the manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
