Licensed General Liability Claims Lead

Overseeing a team of adjusters, the full-time Licensed General Liability Claims Lead will manage non-litigated property damage liability claims remotely, ensuring proper claim handling, decision making, and administrative responsibilities associated with team management. Key responsibilities Remotely supervise a team of 5 to 6 adjusters handling property damage claims Ensure compliance with in-house processes and review large losses with the Claims Manager Conduct training, performance reviews, and provide continuous coaching for team members Required qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience handling general liability property damage and auto claims Significant supervisory experience in a claims environment Bachelor's degree or higher required Active adjuster licenses Strong technological skills and ability to work independently
