Job Duties

• Operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers safely and accurately.
• Transport, stack, organize, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and report damages or discrepancies.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow OSHA, company safety, and quality standards.
• Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation as required.
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and operational goals.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, understand, and complete warehouse documentation.
• Basic inventory and warehouse system knowledge preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Capable of loading, unloading, and transporting materials safely and efficiently.
