Duration: 06 months on W2 contract
Seeking an Administrative Assistant with 2+ years of administrative support experience to assist Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and State Rental Assistance Program (SRAP) operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for housing assistance programs
Perform data entry, document processing, filing, scanning, and record maintenance
Verify client and owner information using federal and state databases
Maintain reports, tracking logs, and correspondence
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and support front desk operations
Assist with mailings, file archiving, compliance reviews, and records management
Required Skills:
Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills
Experience with data entry, document management, and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Strong customer service and communication skills
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of administrative support experience
Associate Degree preferred.
