Senior District Manager, Immunology Autoantibody Diseases, New England

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior District Manager for the Immunology Autoantibody Diseases franchise covering New England. This leadership role focuses on translating regional strategy into district execution, managing a sales team, and driving performance across the rare disease portfolio while maintaining healthcare compliance.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute district strategy aligned with enterprise direction and measurable business outcomes
Lead and develop high-performing team through hiring, performance management, and succession planning
Drive district performance across immunology and rare disease portfolio with customer-focused execution
Build relationships with key customers and internal partners to improve customer experience and outcomes
Anticipate market dynamics and adjust strategy using internal and external data to protect or grow performance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree minimum; MS/MBA/PhD preferred
Valid US driver's license
Eight or more years in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare sales and commercial roles
Two or more years direct sales management experience with performance management capability
Ability to travel up to 50% including overnight and weekend travel
Must reside in or relocate to New England territory
Experience in cross-functional collaboration, coaching, and strategic planning with data analysis
