Program Coordinator

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDirect HireTitle: Program CoordinatorLocation: Hybrid in College Park, MD areaSchedule: M-F, 8AM-5PMResponsibilities:Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities for multiple education and training programs.Communicate regularly with participants, instructors and participating organizations regarding attendance, requirements, documentation, deadlines and program progress.Maintain accurate records, registrations, attendance, training hours and other required documentation.Monitor deadlines and deliverables and proactively follow up before issues become larger problems.Prepare, distribute, collect and track required program forms and documentation.Review records for accuracy and completeness and resolve missing or inconsistent information.Maintain program information within internal databases and electronic record keeping systems.Set up classes and program activities within internal systems.Generate invoices and assist with tracking outstanding payments and administrative follow-up.Support participant orientations, instructor preparation and other program activities.Prepare periodic reports for management regarding program status and other key measures.Assist with educational events and other organizational activities as needed.Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, organization and efficiency.Provide general administrative and customer-service support to the team.Qualifications:Experience within education, certification, training or other structured programs is preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and detailed documentation.Collaborative, approachable and comfortable working as part of a close-knit team.Comfortable proactively following up with stakeholders regarding requirements.Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and the ability to quickly learn new systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.Ability to identify potential problems early, troubleshoot issues and escalate when appropriate.Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.\nCompany DescriptionWe’re Infinia Search.
