Production Associate

Production Associate Paris, KY | $23.00/Hour | Full-Time | Onsite We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Paris, KY. This is a hands-on, labor-intensive role supporting packaging, material handling, and production operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. Candidates with cGMP, pharmaceutical, medical device, life sciences, or manufacturing experience are highly preferred. Schedule Day Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM Night Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM Fully onsite position What You'll Do Weigh, fill, package, label, and prepare products for shipment Operate production equipment, scales, pumps, and filling systems following established procedures Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area Handle chemicals and materials safely while following all safety protocols Complete production and quality documentation accurately Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and workstation sanitation duties Follow cGMP guidelines, quality standards, and work instructions Support team operations and assist with general production tasks as needed Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required Experience Requirements 1-2 years of mechanical or electrical experience in an industrial, laboratory, educational, pharmaceutical, medical manufacturing, or production environment Manufacturing experience preferred Experience working in regulated environments or following cGMP procedures is highly desired Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus Preferred Qualifications Pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences manufacturing experience Experience handling chemicals and hazardous materials Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Ability to follow written procedures and work independently Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Health Savings Account (HSA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts AD&D Insurance People Perks Program About Us Advantage Technical connects top- talent in technology, engineering, and technical fields with forward-looking companies.
