Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current state license to practice Physical Therapy
• Proof of current CPR certification
• Current driver's license
• Must have reliable transportation and insurance
• 2 years experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy
• Homecare Homebase experience

Assignment Details

• Local travel is required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Location Highlights

Fernley offers access to both outdoor recreation and regional travel routes in western Nevada. Fernley is about 35 miles east of Reno and sits along Interstate 80, which supports straightforward travel across northern Nevada. Lahontan State Recreation Area is roughly 20 miles away and offers boating, fishing, and camping near the Carson River. Sand Mountain Recreation Area is about 25 miles from Fernley and is known for off-highway vehicle riding and a large singing sand dune. The city also provides access to Pyramid Lake within about 60 miles and day-trip options to Lake Tahoe in roughly 90 miles.
