Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Florida SLP-CCC certification (required)
• Experience serving children and adolescents in an educational or clinical setting
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Comfort conducting interviews and sessions both virtually (Zoom) and in person
• Ability to work independently while partnering with educators and families
• Open to considering Clinical Fellows as well

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy for students with diverse needs
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans for students requiring support
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of evaluations and progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams to support student success
• Communicate effectively with families regarding outcomes and strategies
• Adapt services to meet student requirements and engage in ongoing professional growth
