Associate Attorney

Our client, a national law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Denver Tech Center office. The firm represents financial institutions and other business clients in a variety of matters involving real estate, creditor rights, and related litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands‑on experience, work closely with clients, and build a long-term career within a collaborative and supportive environment. The Associate Attorney will provide legal oversight and support for a variety of matters, including foreclosure proceedings, real estate‑related disputes, and litigation matters. The attorney will work closely with clients and internal staff while managing cases from inception through resolution. Key Responsibilities Manage non-judicial foreclosure matters and related legal proceedings Review and analyze title reports, property records, and related documentation Draft pleadings, motions, court filings, legal correspondence, and other case‑related documents Appear at hearings and other court proceedings as needed Advise clients and staff on legal matters and case strategy Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and client requirements Support departmental and firm initiatives as needed The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience, with exposure to real estate, foreclosure, creditor rights, or related practice areas preferred. Candidates must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in Colorado in good standing. The successful attorney will possess strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters effectively in a fast‑paced environment while providing exceptional client service. Our client offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Following onboarding and training, attorneys may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement, subject to business needs and management approval.
