Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney specializing in civil litigation to join their team in Denver, Colorado. Duties Handle litigation cases from inception to resolution Develop legal strategies and conduct research Draft pleadings and motions Manage discovery processes Argue motions in court and attend mediations Participate in trials Work with a diverse range of clients Requirements 1-3+ years of experience in civil litigation in a law firm environment Comprehensive litigation experience, including legal research and drafting motions Experience with depositions, arguing motions, and attending mediations preferred Exceptional communication and advocacy skills Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaboratively Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Current admission to the Colorado State Bar.
