Craft Recruiter - Industrial Construction Location: Remote Employment: Full-Time RWDY, Inc. is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Craft Recruiter who knows the industrial workforce and is ready to take ownership of their projects. If you know how to find great craft talent, build relationships, and keep up with fast-moving manpower needs, we want to hear from you. Experience recruiting for LNG, oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or heavy industrial projects is preferred. Responsibilities: Recruit skilled craft professionals such asPipefitters, Welders, Ironworkers, Millwrights, Electricians, Operators, Laborers, and other industrial trades Manage multiple open positions and high-volume manpower requests Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, industry contacts, and your existing network Conduct phone interviews and properly screen candidates for relevant craft experience and project requirements Verify experience, certifications, skills, availability, and other position-specific qualifications Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified craft candidates Develop relationships with craft professionals and maintain an active candidate network for future projects Maintain consistent candidate follow-up from initial contact through selection Work closely with HR to transition selected candidates into pre-employment and onboarding Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate status Respond quickly as project manpower needs and priorities change Requirements: Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Previous recruiting experience required LNG, oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or major industrial project recruiting experience is a strong plus Strong phone and communication skills Comfortable spending a significant part of the day communicating with candidates by phone, text, and email Self-motivated and able to work independently Able to work in a fast-paced environment where hiring needs can change quickly Why RWDY? 100% remote Own your projects and manage your recruiting independently Freedom to use your own recruiting strategies and sourcing methods No micromanaging - we trust our recruiters to get the job done Recruit for major industrial construction projects Opportunity to build your own candidate network and grow with RWDY Small team environment where your work has a direct impact We’re looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and ready to take ownership from day one. #J-18808-Ljbffr
