Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial real estate analysis, market research, economic development, or related fields Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex data Proficiency in market analysis tools, real estate databases, and data visualization platforms preferred Experience creating reports and dashboards to track market performance Ability to organize and manage data in centralized systems such as SharePoint Job Duties Analyze economic, labor, and demographic data. Review reports and news to track sector shifts. Update business and market info in Salesforce. Summarize data for strategic planning. Benchmark local trends against other markets.
