Fire Control Center Engineer

Complete Building Services is hiring Fire Control Center Engineers for a large facility in NW Washington. The Fire Control Engineer is responsible for continuously monitoring a building's fire‑life safety systems and coordinating emergency responses and maintenance activities. The fire panels are monitored 24/7, including weekends and holidays. Shift Schedule Day, Second, and Third shifts (Monday – Friday and weekends). Responsibilities Alert the Engineering Team immediately upon recognition of a problem. Work in conjunction with the Fire and Life Safety subcontractor, Generator subcontractor, and Elevator Mechanics during inspections, testing, and maintenance of any systems or related equipment. Support inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire suppression, detection, and life‑safety systems. Qualifications 3 years of experience in building operations, fire systems, or related engineering roles. 3+ years experience in a similar sized facility (2 million sq. ft. plus). Familiarity with fire alarm systems, life‑safety codes, and building operations. Strong communication and situational awareness. OSHA Safety training. Must pass a background check.
