• Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot potential inconsistencies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for various tests as required.
• Record all processes meticulously, train new staff or students, and help maintain the high standards of laboratory quality.
• Ensure a clean, safe laboratory environment and adhere strictly to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health field, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Required

• Certification from ASCP or AMT in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of hire.
• Maintain valid certification throughout employment.
