Conduct both routine and specialized laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—while strictly following established protocols.
Ensure the accuracy of results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibrations on state-of-the-art lab instruments.
Support specimen collection processes and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
Keep meticulous records of all procedures, educate new staff or students, and help maintain the highest lab quality standards.
Uphold a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation criteria.
A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a similar allied health degree, combined with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Hold or obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of hire.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with healthcare team members.
