Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree supplemented by ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within the first year of employment.

Maintain current certification throughout your employment period.
